Great value for money, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and olive groves, and a short distance from popular Tuscan villages and cities like Florence, Siena, and Pisa. The staff, especially Maria, were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We also loved the option to use the barbecue area and the opportunity to taste and purchase delicious local wines from Tenuta Piandaccoli nearby.

One thing that could make the morning meal better is if they provided pool towels for guests.

She went above and beyond by moving our laundry undercover during a sudden downpour and opening the vineyard shop late at night so we could purchase some wine.

there was no air conditioning in every room, which made for uncomfortable sleep, especially during the hot summer nights. there were not enough mirrors in the room, which made it difficult to get ready in the mornings.

A charming 18th-century building with a beautiful park, pool, and BBQ. The apartments have lovely wooden beams and I enjoyed playing table tennis. Valet parking was a nice touch.

I just loved everything so much, I can't find anything to complain about.
